I first had neurofeedback sessions quite a few years ago. At that time, I had suffered some major emotional Trauma. Those sessions markedly calmed my brain & re-focused me back into hope & healthy living. Now, with Nina Worley's neurofeedback happening at The Wellspring, I am so happy to have this therapy again. After just a few sessions, I feel like I'm getting stabilized back into a calmer existence.

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Thank you, WV Staff!

I can not rave enough about this incredible gem here on the western slope. The staff, Liz, and services are so completely amazing! Absolutely, hands down, the best massage experience I have EVER had…..and I have been getting massages for 40 years. The comprehensive whole body, mind, spirit knowledge is incredible and the results from just three bodywork sessions has been profound.
