I was in the area for a personal healing retreat and came across Wellspring Vitality. Liz walked me through the services and made a great recommendation based on where I was in my healing journey. From the core alignment and massage to sauna, salt room, and use of the different machines, I felt heard and cared for. In Denver I would have had to drive to a number of businesses to use all of the healing tools Wellspring Vitality has onsite. My experience with Liz and Rochelle was instrumental in me feeling restored and renewed at the completion of the retreat.

As soon as I get inside Wellspring, I am met with careful attention from the staff and immediate release of stress, pain and aches in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness journey. I am especially impressed with Wellspring's cleaning protocols. As someone who wants to stay safe during these trying times, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend everyone tries out the sauna and ceragem massage table!

Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.

What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .
