Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

I can not rave enough about this incredible gem here on the western slope. The staff, Liz, and services are so completely amazing! Absolutely, hands down, the best massage experience I have EVER had…..and I have been getting massages for 40 years. The comprehensive whole body, mind, spirit knowledge is incredible and the results from just three bodywork sessions has been profound. Wellspring Vitality is a game changer and you will thank yourself for doing some self love! Truly, truly, amazing! 🫶💓💗
