Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! I like the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere of Wellspring Vitality. The suana is my favorite of all the technologies that I have tried so far. And if you haven't yet experienced a core alignment session with Liz, you are missing out on something amazing!

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

Why Wellspring Vitality? I have been to several many wellness spas/clinics and this is by far THE BEST! I have been suffering through Long Haul Covid and have tried several many treatments to feel better and it was not till I landed here, at Wellspring Vitality, that I have improved. Not like, "Oh, I think it's helping...." but, "I am finally getting my life back!" The Live 02, salt room, and neurofeedback are absolutely healing me. Liz and her staff are knowledgable and caring. I can not rave enough about this incredible gem here on the western slope. The staff, Liz, and services are so completely amazing! Absolutely, hands down, the best massage experience I have EVER had…..and I have been getting massages for 40 years. The comprehensive whole body, mind, spirit knowledge is incredible and the results from just three bodywork sessions has been profound. I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

We had the greatest experience at Wellspring. Just walking in feels like a third home as you are offered a towel to wash your hands and feet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salt room and massage table were so relaxing and prices are affordable for all.
