Wellspring Vitality is helping my body strengthen and heal itself. I love the Spa membership because I now have a weekly routine for detoxing and supporting my immune system. I leave with a fully relaxed nervous system and a sense of grounded wellbeing. My favorite sequence is going from the infrared sauna straight into the halo-therapy salt room while my pores are open and cleansed. It feels like a strong affirmation of loving care from myself, to myself, and as a side bonus I’m loosing fat and sleeping better. The staff is top notch, loving and present. You feel the energy of care as soon as you step in the door. I’d recommend a month trial membership to everyone...just see how different you feel at the end!

We had the greatest experience at Wellspring. Just walking in feels like a third home as you are offered a towel to wash your hands and feet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salt room and massage table were so relaxing and prices are affordable for all.

Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

This healing place is the real deal. My husband and I went into Wellspring Vitality to use their salt room, mito red light, and sauna... then we finished with massages from Liz! It was so nice to feel healing in a new way! I have never been into a salt room, and it was truly a healing experience. My husband LOVED the sauna. The red light felt amazing too. The facility was clean and everyone was welcoming. Now the true shining star was Liz. Her massage was AMAZING. Truly the best one I've ever had, and my husband said the same. If you're looking to feel REAL good... this is the place.

Wellspring is truly a place where pure intention for life has been planted and made available to all. Liz, Nina, Margaret, Lexi and Amy were all on board at my visit, with pampering, instruction and loving care. We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

As soon as I get inside Wellspring, I am met with careful attention from the staff and immediate release of stress, pain and aches in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness journey. I am especially impressed with Wellspring's cleaning protocols. As someone who wants to stay safe during these trying times, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend everyone tries out the sauna and ceragem massage table!

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

I like the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere of Wellspring Vitality. The suana is my favorite of all the technologies that I have tried so far. And if you haven't yet experienced a core alignment session with Liz, you are missing out on something amazing!
