Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

I first had neurofeedback sessions quite a few years ago. At that time, I had suffered some major emotional Trauma. Those sessions markedly calmed my brain & re-focused me back into hope & healthy living. Now, with Nina Worley's neurofeedback happening at The Wellspring, I am so happy to have this therapy again. After just a few sessions, I feel like I'm getting stabilized back into a calmer existence.

Neuroptimal Neurofeedback with Nina is a truly healing experience. It’s not like talk therapy because your brain is responding to the “mirror-like” feedback of the Neuroptimal programming. I am doing such deep healing work, emotionally and greatly decreasing anxiety. One of the best things about it is that if the Ceragem is available, I can get an acupressure heated infrared massage at the same time. I don’t know if there is anywhere else in the world putting these two modalities together. Special thanks to Nina’s professionalism. She gives such great feedback based on her training and insights with the program and can answer all of my questions. It feels so good to see each week my anxiety and depression levels lowering, and I can feel it in the day to day as well.
