Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Thank you, WV Staff!

I needed a provider to go through the work of gwtting qualified as a VA community provider. Wellspring is a Veteran owned business and they worked hard at getting there. Now I go there weekly and have a much improved life.

I first had neurofeedback sessions quite a few years ago. At that time, I had suffered some major emotional Trauma. Those sessions markedly calmed my brain & re-focused me back into hope & healthy living. Now, with Nina Worley's neurofeedback happening at The Wellspring, I am so happy to have this therapy again. After just a few sessions, I feel like I'm getting stabilized back into a calmer existence.

Had a great experience using the sauna here. I was having issues booking my session online so I called and they were able to book it for me for the same day. When you walk in, you immediately get spa vibes with the setup and the plant displays at the front. Upon arrival, Allison checked me in and got me settled into the sauna room. They have a Sunlighten sauna which was soo great. I got in such a great sweat during my 45 minute session, which is very inexpensive. They provided towels and robes to make the experience even more luxurious. I will definitely drop in again at my next visit to Hotchkiss.

I have been coming here to get massages for years. Always a pleasure. Today I had an even better experience when I got a massage by Hillary Homer. I was very impressed! The very best so far. Her attention to detail is amazing and she really takes her time and takes great care of you. Literally took care of me from head to toe and even brushed my hair which was such a nice surprise!

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

Have a problem in my shoulder has been painful for many years. Had physical therapy at another company didnt help much. Came to Wellspring and got massage therapy and core alignment i am feeling better than i have in many years with alot less pain and better movement. I am a true believer. Whatever their method to wellness, i am with it. Definitely recommend them highly.
