Owner of Wellspring Vitality, Liz Evans is an Air Force Veteran who not only served in the military but has worked with veterans throughout her twenty-five years as a massage therapist. Our team members have family that are veterans and are carefully trained to provide for your needs. We work closely with your provider team to make sure that you get the approval needed.

How to Request an Appointment as a Veteran

REFERRAL

Your Primary Care Doctor will refer you for Massage Therapy for a pain/mobility issue. You can self-advocate for this referral by giving them a call and requesting a referral. 

INITIATE APPOINTMENT

Triwest or Community Care Network contacts you to get your preferences to schedule appointments – Veterans can request our office at this time.

SCHEDULE FIRST APPOINTMENT

Triwest, Community Care Network, or the Veteran contacts us to schedule the initial appointment.

EXPERIENCE RELIEF & MEET YOUR TEAM

At your new patient appointment, we will do an evaluation and listen to your health journey. So this appointment will be a little longer than your follow-ups.

SCHEDULE ONGOING APPOINTMENTS

Once your referral is received, our Patient Coordinator will reach out to you personally to schedule any follow-up appointments.

We’ll email your intake surveys that you’ll fill out before the appointment. When you come in we do a longer consultation so the therapist gets to know you and your needs before getting on the table.
