Intro to the 9 Principles of Neuro-Movement: This method of movement focuses on deep body awareness to enhance thinking and stir up vitality in all forms, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

This workout was designed by a massage therapist & bodyworker and combines many traditions of core work and intuitive bodywork traditions into one invigorating and deeply transformative style of focused movement.
