We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

Neuroptimal Neurofeedback with Nina is a truly healing experience. It’s not like talk therapy because your brain is responding to the “mirror-like” feedback of the Neuroptimal programming. I am doing such deep healing work, emotionally and greatly decreasing anxiety. One of the best things about it is that if the Ceragem is available, I can get an acupressure heated infrared massage at the same time. I don’t know if there is anywhere else in the world putting these two modalities together. Special thanks to Nina’s professionalism. She gives such great feedback based on her training and insights with the program and can answer all of my questions. It feels so good to see each week my anxiety and depression levels lowering, and I can feel it in the day to day as well.

Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! I first had neurofeedback sessions quite a few years ago. At that time, I had suffered some major emotional Trauma. Those sessions markedly calmed my brain & re-focused me back into hope & healthy living. Now, with Nina Worley's neurofeedback happening at The Wellspring, I am so happy to have this therapy again. After just a few sessions, I feel like I'm getting stabilized back into a calmer existence.

Wellspring Vitality is helping my body strengthen and heal itself. I love the Spa membership because I now have a weekly routine for detoxing and supporting my immune system. I leave with a fully relaxed nervous system and a sense of grounded wellbeing. My favorite sequence is going from the infrared sauna straight into the halo-therapy salt room while my pores are open and cleansed. It feels like a strong affirmation of loving care from myself, to myself, and as a side bonus I’m loosing fat and sleeping better. The staff is top notch, loving and present. You feel the energy of care as soon as you step in the door. I’d recommend a month trial membership to everyone...just see how different you feel at the end!

What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.
