If I could give them 10 ⭐️‘S. Liz and everyone is so wonderful and caring. I feel so at peace when I’m here, that can be difficult for me with my PTSD. I’m on a journey for better health for my health issues the doctors just want to give pills 💊 and not help resolve issues. I went for one month trail member and the Benefits I felt with my asthma-COPD is remarkable. Almost immediate I could breath without inhalers and medications. I felt more energy that I haven’t had in a long time. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days as well for I began to make healthier choices and love myself once again by being able to do simple things that I love that were a challenge before. Let a lone my mental state as for my depression has been a lot better. The list goes on better sleep less pain due to my arthritis and no panic attacks.I stopped taking all the pills 💊 and inhalers. I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

I really love Nina’s gentle, kind and relaxed manner. She has done the healing with biofeedback herself, and is very comfortable with the process. It was a calming session.

As soon as I get inside Wellspring, I am met with careful attention from the staff and immediate release of stress, pain and aches in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness journey. I am especially impressed with Wellspring's cleaning protocols. As someone who wants to stay safe during these trying times, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend everyone tries out the sauna and ceragem massage table!

I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.

Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Thank you, WV Staff!

Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.
