I have known Laurie for over 20 years. She was our nurse practitioner at the Lake City Medical Center when we both lived in Lake City, CO in the 90’s and early 2000’s. I did have occasion to see her for medical care during that time. We both eventually left Lake City, Laurie to Grand Junction, and I to Crawford. In 2013, while here in Crawford, I came down with a very serious case of West Nile. I was left with some serious health issues even a year after contracting the virus. I began seeing Laurie in her practice in Grand Junction and feel she was the reason I was able to fully recover from the after effects of West Nile. More recently, Laurie has helped me immensely in dealing with intestinal issues I was experiencing. I recommend her to my friends as I think she is an amazing healer as well as a professional health care provider. She is of the highest character and professionalism, and is kind and caring. I believe she would be an asset to our community for sure, and I would be so happy to be able to visit her here.

I suffered from acid reflux for 10 years and asthma since childhood. I am now in my 70's. Laurie did exhaustive testing including microbiome and came up with solutions to both conditions. Both the asthma and acid reflux are much improved. I've also received plant spirit medicine treatments from Laurie, which greatly helped my anxiety level. Laurie is a kind and loving person, offering encouragement and optimism regarding my efforts. She acts professionally, and she is very knowledgeable. I plan to continue receiving treatments and advice from Laurie.

Laurie Cox helped me with a very long standing health problem that nobody else could help me with. I have had a poor tolerance of medications and supplements and, because she is so knowlegeable, I now have supplements that help me and that I tolerate.
She is always very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
I live in Cedaredge and it would be great to be able to see Laurie in Hotchkiss.
