As soon as I get inside Wellspring, I am met with careful attention from the staff and immediate release of stress, pain and aches in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness journey. I am especially impressed with Wellspring's cleaning protocols. I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.

I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.

Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Thank you, WV Staff!

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!
