I met Meghan in 2004 when I was playing for the Colorado Spring Sky Sox (AAA for the Colorado Rockies at the time). I was dealing with severe nerve pain in my lower back and she was an important part in keeping me on the field. Through massage she was able to help keep the surrounding muscles relaxed enough to keep the shooting static nerve at a minimum.
Thank you Meghan for your amazing work!!!

For many years I had focused primarily on my emotional and mental health. Working with Joy helped me connect the physical component which added immensely to my overall health. Joy was an excellent listener and made me feel that I was a valuable participant in my health journey. She accepted where I was and did an excellent job of not overwhelming me with too many changes at once. Her patience and insight helped me explore many things I initially wasn’t open to, for example trying a gluten free diet. I highly recommend Joy’s support and guidance in your health journey.
Thank you Meghan for your amazing work!!!
