Enjoy all that the holistic wellness hub of the North Fork Valley has to offer on August 27th 5-7:30pm & the 29th 1-6pm. This two day event includes meet and greets with providers who will demo therapies. Some of the providers you will meet include:

Liz Evans – Massage Therapist, Core Alignment Therapist, Founder of Wellspring Vitality

Demonstrations of Core Alignment Therapy the gentle non-invasive alternative to chiropractic care will be ongoing throughout the event. Restorative movement demonstrations will also be held throughout the weekend.

Kellyn Kirch – Massage Therapist

Meet our newest provider addition, Kellyn Kirch. She is certified in transformational neuromuscular therapy, somatic mind-body therapy, and spa therapy.

Margaret Hollander – Reflexologist

Discuss the power of reflexology with Margaret Hollander, a reflexologist studying after the greats since the 90s.

Dr. Victoria Shklovsky – TMJ Specialist, Neuromuscular Dentist, & Diplomate in Dental Sleep Medicine

Complimentary screenings for sleep apnea, tests for Wellness Oximetry, blood oxygen tests, and consultations for sleeping problems. Demonstrations of the sleep devices will also be available.

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

If I could give them 10 ⭐️‘S. Liz and everyone is so wonderful and caring. I feel so at peace when I’m here, that can be difficult for me with my PTSD. I’m on a journey for better health for my health issues the doctors just want to give pills 💊 and not help resolve issues. I went for one month trail member and the Benefits I felt with my asthma-COPD is remarkable. Almost immediate I could breath without inhalers and medications. I felt more energy that I haven’t had in a long time. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days as well for I began to make healthier choices and love myself once again by being able to do simple things that I love that were a challenge before. Let a lone my mental state as for my depression has been a lot better. The list goes on better sleep less pain due to my arthritis and no panic attacks.I stopped taking all the pills 💊 and inhalers. Thank you Liz and everyone for helping me most of all enjoy life as I once did See y’all soon

I first had neurofeedback sessions quite a few years ago. At that time, I had suffered some major emotional Trauma. Those sessions markedly calmed my brain & re-focused me back into hope & healthy living. Now, with Nina Worley's neurofeedback happening at The Wellspring, I am so happy to have this therapy again. After just a few sessions, I feel like I'm getting stabilized back into a calmer existence.
