Expanding Access to Affordable Healing:

Wellspring Vitality is proud to now accept limited state insurance, including Medicare Part B and Medicaid, for select services. Expanding access to care has always been part of our mission, and we are deeply committed to making healing more affordable for our community.

We believe that managing pain, improving mobility, and caring for mental and physical health should be available to everyone. Accepting Medicare and Medicaid allows more people in the North Fork Valley to access supportive therapies like counseling, neurofeedback brain training, physical therapy, and acupuncture, supporting overall wellbeing in people’s lives.

We are working through the final steps of Medicaid Coverage. Currently, only Original Medicare Part B is accepted at Wellspring Vitality.

Care That Works With Your Plan

Insurance plans vary, and coverage depends on your specific benefits. In many cases, Medicare Part B covers services such as physical therapy, mental health counseling, and acupuncture for chronic low back pain, while Medicaid covers mental health counseling, neurofeedback, physical therapy with referral, and massage for limited diagnoses (autism).

How to Get Started with Standard Medicare, Plan B Coverage

Verify your insurance plan.

Wellspring Vitality only accepts Medicare Part B and Medicaid. Please check your card and ensure that you have the correct insurance.

For all non-physical therapy appointments,

call Wellspring Directly at (970) 872-9355. For Physical Therapy appointments, call your provider and ask them to submit a referral.

Wellspring Vitality staff will ask

for your birthday and ID number to verify your insurance.
