If I could give them 10 ⭐️‘S. Liz and everyone is so wonderful and caring. I feel so at peace when I’m here, that can be difficult for me with my PTSD. I’m on a journey for better health for my health issues the doctors just want to give pills 💊 and not help resolve issues. I went for one month trail member and the Benefits I felt with my asthma-COPD is remarkable. Almost immediate I could breath without inhalers and medications. I felt more energy that I haven’t had in a long time. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days as well for I began to make healthier choices and love myself once again by being able to do simple things that I love that were a challenge before. Let a lone my mental state as for my depression has been a lot better. The list goes on better sleep less pain due to my arthritis and no panic attacks.I stopped taking all the pills 💊 and inhalers. Thank you Liz and everyone for helping me most of all enjoy life as I once did See y’all soon

I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

Had a great experience using the sauna here. I was having issues booking my session online so I called and they were able to book it for me for the same day. When you walk in, you immediately get spa vibes with the setup and the plant displays at the front. Upon arrival, Allison checked me in and got me settled into the sauna room. They have a Sunlighten sauna which was soo great. I got in such a great sweat during my 45 minute session, which is very inexpensive. They provided towels and robes to make the experience even more luxurious. I will definitely drop in again at my next visit to Hotchkiss.
