I have had the privilege of learning from Liz on several occasions now, and I can confidently say that she is a passionate and dedicated teacher in the field of manual therapies. I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

I really love Nina’s gentle, kind and relaxed manner. She has done the healing with biofeedback herself, and is very comfortable with the process. It was a calming session.

Had a great experience using the sauna here. I was having issues booking my session online so I called and they were able to book it for me for the same day. When you walk in, you immediately get spa vibes with the setup and the plant displays at the front. Upon arrival, Allison checked me in and got me settled into the sauna room. They have a Sunlighten sauna which was soo great. I got in such a great sweat during my 45 minute session, which is very inexpensive. They provided towels and robes to make the experience even more luxurious. I will definitely drop in again at my next visit to Hotchkiss.

I needed a provider to go through the work of gwtting qualified as a VA community provider. Wellspring is a Veteran owned business and they worked hard at getting there. Now I go there weekly and have a much improved life.
