Why Wellspring Vitality? I have been to several many wellness spas/clinics and this is by far THE BEST! I have been suffering through Long Haul Covid and have tried several many treatments to feel better and it was not till I landed here, at Wellspring Vitality, that I have improved. What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.

Wellspring Vitality is helping my body strengthen and heal itself. I love the Spa membership because I now have a weekly routine for detoxing and supporting my immune system. I leave with a fully relaxed nervous system and a sense of grounded wellbeing. My favorite sequence is going from the infrared sauna straight into the halo-therapy salt room while my pores are open and cleansed. It feels like a strong affirmation of loving care from myself, to myself, and as a side bonus I’m loosing fat and sleeping better. The staff is top notch, loving and present. You feel the energy of care as soon as you step in the door. I’d recommend a month trial membership to everyone...just see how different you feel at the end!

Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

I like the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere of Wellspring Vitality. The suana is my favorite of all the technologies that I have tried so far. And if you haven't yet experienced a core alignment session with Liz, you are missing out on something amazing!
