Wow! Somedays I am absolutely speechless about all the technologies and healing services you can experience here! I have seen drastic improvement in my own health since I have started going through the services provided here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful and everyone there is so caring and welcoming. The salt room relaxes me and helps me to breathe clearer and deeper breaths. The bemer has been so amazing and helped me have so much energy and overcome some of my health challenges. Love it so much!!

We did the tour and really enjoyed our experience. It's a relaxing space with many unique health and spa like areas. The salt room was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to trying the red light therapy as well. I would recommend checking it out and treating yourself!

Very welcoming atmosphere and easy to find the location. I LOVED the ceragem korean massage table. I did a 40 minute session which fully released my back and helped with my aches and pains. Liz and staff are very nice and wonderful people to talk to. I highly recommend checking this place out for all relaxation/wellness needs.

Neuroptimal Neurofeedback with Nina is a truly healing experience. It’s not like talk therapy because your brain is responding to the “mirror-like” feedback of the Neuroptimal programming. I am doing such deep healing work, emotionally and greatly decreasing anxiety. One of the best things about it is that if the Ceragem is available, I can get an acupressure heated infrared massage at the same time. I don’t know if there is anywhere else in the world putting these two modalities together. Special thanks to Nina’s professionalism. She gives such great feedback based on her training and insights with the program and can answer all of my questions. It feels so good to see each week my anxiety and depression levels lowering, and I can feel it in the day to day as well.

We had the greatest experience at Wellspring. Just walking in feels like a third home as you are offered a towel to wash your hands and feet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salt room and massage table were so relaxing and prices are affordable for all.

Wellspring Vitality is helping my body strengthen and heal itself. I love the Spa membership because I now have a weekly routine for detoxing and supporting my immune system. I leave with a fully relaxed nervous system and a sense of grounded wellbeing. My favorite sequence is going from the infrared sauna straight into the halo-therapy salt room while my pores are open and cleansed. It feels like a strong affirmation of loving care from myself, to myself, and as a side bonus I’m loosing fat and sleeping better. The staff is top notch, loving and present. You feel the energy of care as soon as you step in the door. I’d recommend a month trial membership to everyone...just see how different you feel at the end!

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent.
