This 8-week Intro to Breathwork series is a supportive, trauma-aware journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system, build inner safety, and reconnect with your breath as a steady source of support.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, fatigued, or disconnected from your body, this series offers a gentle and accessible way back into balance. Rather than focusing on intense or cathartic breathing, we move slowly and intentionally – honoring the body’s pacing, cues, and capacity for rest. There will be invitations for activation at times, and they are simply that: invitations. You get to choose.

Each week, you’ll be guided through nervous-system-informed breath practices that support grounding, emotional regulation, and resilience. Over time, these practices help shift the body out of chronic stress and into greater ease, clarity, and presence.

  • Learn foundational breathwork techniques that calm and stabilize the nervous system
  • Build body awareness and learn to recognize your body’s stress and safety cues
  • Cultivate a deeper sense of safety and embodied presence
  • Support emotional regulation without overwhelm or force
  • Develop tools to navigate anxiety, stress, and burnout
  • Create a sustainable breath practice you can use in daily life
  • Experience greater capacity for rest, connection, and vitality
  • Sessions close with gong sound healing to support deep rest & integration of the experience

Each session blends gentle movement to prepare the body to better receive the breath, guided breathwork, simple education around the nervous system, and closes with spacious integration via gong sound healing – creating a container that feels safe, welcoming, and deeply nourishing.

This series is perfect for beginners, highly sensitive people, caregivers, bodyworkers, and anyone seeking a slower, more embodied approach to breathwork that prioritizes regulation and embodied presence. No experience necessary. No pressure to perform. Just an invitation to meet your breath, and yourself, with care.
