This healing place is the real deal. My husband and I went into Wellspring Vitality to use their salt room, mito red light, and sauna... then we finished with massages from Liz! It was so nice to feel healing in a new way! I have never been into a salt room, and it was truly a healing experience. My husband LOVED the sauna. The red light felt amazing too. The facility was clean and everyone was welcoming. Now the true shining star was Liz. Her massage was AMAZING. Truly the best one I've ever had, and my husband said the same. If you're looking to feel REAL good... this is the place.

If I could give them 10 ⭐️‘S. Liz and everyone is so wonderful and caring. I feel so at peace when I’m here, that can be difficult for me with my PTSD. I’m on a journey for better health for my health issues the doctors just want to give pills 💊 and not help resolve issues. I went for one month trail member and the Benefits I felt with my asthma-COPD is remarkable. Almost immediate I could breath without inhalers and medications. I felt more energy that I haven’t had in a long time. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days as well for I began to make healthier choices and love myself once again by being able to do simple things that I love that were a challenge before. Let a lone my mental state as for my depression has been a lot better. The list goes on better sleep less pain due to my arthritis and no panic attacks.I stopped taking all the pills 💊 and inhalers. As soon as I get inside Wellspring, I am met with careful attention from the staff and immediate release of stress, pain and aches in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness journey. I am especially impressed with Wellspring's cleaning protocols. As someone who wants to stay safe during these trying times, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend everyone tries out the sauna and ceragem massage table!

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

Wellsprings Vitality is my new favorite place in Hotchkiss. The staff is affable, professional and so knowledgeable. Liz is sweet and smart and truly, I feel, interested in my health and my goals regarding it. Anna, at the front desk, is excellent at making me feel welcomed and always ready to help me “get to work!” If you are interested in a state-of-the-art, “more than a gym” experience, buy a monthly membership and let the staff work with you on their equipment and introduce you to all their unique services… after a good “work-in”, I like to take a “nap” in the Salt Room… just delightful and totally fulfilling! Thank you, WV Staff!

We had the greatest experience at Wellspring. Just walking in feels like a third home as you are offered a towel to wash your hands and feet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salt room and massage table were so relaxing and prices are affordable for all.

I’ve been going to WellSpring on a weekly basis for the last year and a half and I’ve found it to be a powerful affirmation of self care. Just having a scheduled-in segment of time every week to be with my body and reset my nervous system has increased my overall sense of well-being. I wasn’t expecting this, but my asthma has gone away – even seasonally. I would highly recommend the salt room to anyone with respiratory issues.
